Yusuke Hagihara's original piece for wind band "Mirage" is now available for sale from Golden Hearts Publications!
The waka quoted as the title of the piece is a love song expressing burning feelings. The first half of the piece has a sense of speed, the middle part is graceful and melancholy, and the latter half is bouncy and glorious, but all parts are filled with "burning thoughts" and longing. The piece can be performed by a relatively small number of players (24, excluding options), and since it is only about 5 minutes long, it is recommended as an opening piece for a concert.
